Made from dried Buri Palm, the largest and most common Palm found in the whole of Philippines. Abundant in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, because of its varied uses, Buri Palm can be ranked next to coconut and nipa in economic and industrial importance. Its Buntal and Raffia fiber are made into hats, mats, ropes to brooms and now into shoes!
